I have calculated and understand that the rental will cost the sum of €1750 for the period of 3weeks and the sum of €585 is required by you for one week in advance, and the sum of €300 deposit all making €885 and the balance payment will be made payable to you on my arrival,fine,i have also booked for 1 p420 Printer , its been long time that i have booked the p420 Printer from the seller and its cost 2500Euros with the delivery and i have decided that i will be sending the payment along with the rental cost of the place i will be staying which will be 3385Euros and the printer will be delivered to the apartment before my arrival, for comfirmation of the rental and also on how i will recieved a rental contract you can build the rental contract in my family name so that we can come along with the rental contract signed either before we arrives or when we arrived and when you are sending us the rental contract you can indicate all the rules and the regulation so that every one will be able to read the rules and the regulations i think this will help us alot , build the rental contract in the details
