Hello,
I got to see your ads on internet and i am really much interested in
scotting/renting the apartment with you in any part/area in the
State........ Kelly Cole is my name, originally from Virginia......... I
am 27 years of age and a well talented Computer Programmer. I graduated
from State University of Virginia five years ago as a computer programmer
basically on Microsoft Applications and Programmer. I am an easy going
person and like to have a roommate who is very responsible and
understanding, someone I can really get along with.
I am on a two years contract with a TeleCommunication company here in
South Africa, which is going to be completed on 20th July 2007........I
will be returning to US to live for the rest of my life......... so i will
need a roommate with a very nice environment......... Kindly, give me
detail answer to the following questions:
1) I will like to have the description of the room, size, and the
equipments in there.
2) I will like to have the rent fee per month plus any other the utilities
attached to the apartment.
3) Also I will like to know if there is any garage or parking space
withing the compound?
4) I will also like to know if I can make an advance payment ahead my
arrival that will be stand as a kind of commitment that I am really
serious about the room so you could hold the room down for me.
5) I will like to know the major intersection nearest your neighborhood.
like Shopping Mall, Store, Church, Hospitals and some other things, e.t.c
6) Lastly, I will like to know little about you and the rest after we will
meet.
